BLACK GOLD Pump and Supply sells and distributes a wide selection of balls and seats. We lap, and reface, all of our own seats; to ensure our customers with the longest seat life possible.

We stock a wide variety of balls in the following materials.

Stainless Steel: Made from 400c stainless steel, and able to withstand abrasion, and mild corrosion applications.

Alloy: A very hard and tough material, made from a chromium tungsten alloy. This ball has excellent sealing ability, and has a high corrosion and abrasion resistance.

Titanium Carbide: Has a hardness of a Rockwell 90. The titanium carbide ball has high grade corrosion and abrasion resistance, and will not deform or pit; like an alloy ball may in some conditions.

Tungsten Carbide: The best, and highest grade ball protecting against corrosion and abrasion out there. This ball can handle great impacts, and should be used in the most corrosive and abrasive wells.

Zirconia: Made from stabilized zirconia, these balls have thermal stability and chemical inertness. Zirconia balls are good for mild corrosion and abrasive situations.

Silicon Nitride: Si3N4 is lightweight, hard, and has a low thermal expansion coefficient. It has high strength, toughness, resistance to deform, and the ability to run in mildly corrosive and abrasive conditions.

Nickel Carbide:  The nickel coated material provides for a ball which is resistant to corrosion, wear, and tear. This ball can also withstand heavy impacts very well.
