When it comes to backflow prevention in flowline, Black Gold Pump & Supply, Inc.’s Flowline Check Valve (CV) is a reliable and excellent solution.
The check valve remains open during normal operation until the tubing pressure drops below the flowline pressure, in which case it closes to prevent fluid from returning downhole. The Black Gold’s Flowline Check Valve features a ball-and-seat mechanism similar to that in downhole valves, which had been proven to offer superior effectiveness and reliability to the traditional flapper valve.

Our check valves’ design also utilize a nylon insert, just like Black Gold’s Impact-Resistant cages, that protects the ball from damage caused by excessive movement. The combination of these features is what make the Black Gold’s Flowline Check Valve a truly stable and cost-saving component in every flowline
